Will not be returning to this location. I was a new customer. The associate was in the first station on the left when you entered the store. I asked for something different from my normal cut. Explained my normal cuts have been a buzz cut and basically a buzz cut with shorter on the sides and the longer on the top. She said I got it. Then proceeds to cut my hair without telling me what she was going to do . She ended up giving me the normal cut. I regret not just leaving in the middle of the cut. I am disappointed with the service of this associate. I was not asked if I wanted to continue before she cut my hair. Also not explaining what she was thinking before actually cutting. Also I was never given a receipt for this transaction in paper or email form.

If I could give a negative review I would. I’ve been getting my sons hair cut for years and he’s always done a great job sitting still. He’s never gotten hurt by a stylist before either. Not only did his haircut look like the worst chop job I’ve ever seen in my life, he complained several times since we’ve been home that she hurt him. They wouldn’t let me in the back with him. He also said she put her hand up his shirt and touched his bare back and when he moved because he felt completely uncomfortable, she yelled at him and told him to sit still and be quiet. He waited to tell me until we came home because he didn’t want her to yell at him. Again he’s always been perfect with haircuts. She shaved was shaving his back afterwords which he didn’t even need. His eyebrows which she wasn’t told to do. And his line up is horrible. When I called to complain, no one is even there to talk to that is in charge. He even said I don’t think this woman was a professional. He’s 9. This woman needs to lose her license shoving her hands up kids shirts making them feel uncomfortable.

After multiple bad experiences I decided to give this place 1 more try( they were the only ones open on a Sunday). Their hours clearly say open till 4 on the door and the website but when I walked in at 1:45 the lady told me she was done for the day...never going back there again
